The road making contractor has illegally closed all the rain water inlets, Inspite of repeated complaints, the road making contractor is not giving importance to our complaint and is replying very arrogantly. Hence, the rain water inlets should re-opened which has been closed illegally by the road making contractor. Kindly resolve the issue and take necessary action against the contractor for illegally closing the rain water inlets.
