Even at 7.05pm, st lights in 2 nd cross sbm colony, Mathikere, Blr..54, not yet switched on, on 21/2/15, Sat. This is a regular feature. Switching off done at 7.30 am daily. I have complained more than 20 times, in Jan. 2015, in this regard. Sadly no improvements. What is the purpose in complaining.
