Street Lights of 1st & 2nd cross, SBM Colony, Mathikere, BLR.54, are not SWITCHED ON, even at 7.15pm, while adjacent roads from 3rd to 11th cross, are done promptly @ 6.15 pm. This happens almost 15 days a month. And not switched off even till 7.15 am. What a criminal waste of power. 2nd time complaint being sent in recent 1 month.
