St.lights of 1st & 2nd cross, SBM Colony, Mathikere, burning even @ 7.30am, on 14/1/2015; When BESCOM can not save power, by switching off even @ 7.30am, it has no powers to advice its consumers to Save Power! This is the 3rd complaint in Jan. 2015. What a shame! BESCOM should be more powerful.
