The road contractor has closed all the rain water inlets when applying the dambar. Even though complained orally, the road contractor is not responding and he is behaving in a rude manner. So, I request you to reopen the rain water inlets which has been illegally closed by the road making contractor and take necessary legal actions against the road making contractor.
