St. lights of 1st & 2nd cross, SBM Colony, Mathikere, Blr.54, not yet switched on even @ 7pm, on 30/1/2015; while switching off is done @ 7.30 am, (as against 6 am); both switching on & off to be changed to 6.30 pm & off @ 6.30 am daily. By 6.30 pm, it becomes dark.
