2nd cross, SBM colony,'s st lights in Mathikere, Blr.54, not yet switched off even at 7.25 am on 3/3/15,. in spite of complaining nearly 40 times in this regard; switching on at 7.15 pm daily and switching off not before 7.30 am. what's shame. Is there no end to this?
